Order delivery
In the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, the goods are delivered within 2-7 working days, after receiving the payment and confirming the order. Please pay the invoice within 2 working days, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled. We do not deliver parcels to the Curonian Spit.
Delivery methods:
DPD courier service
If you choose to send the ordered goods by courier, they are sent via UAB "DPD Lietuva" courier service. The order is delivered to the home or returned to the sender if it is not possible to contact the customer. The shipping price is €4.00, if the order amount does not exceed €45, in the case of a larger order amount, delivery is free. When choosing the COURIER service, be sure to specify your phone number and be available on it.
From 2020.03.16 (Monday), we start carrying out contactless delivery. All shipments are delivered by leaving the shipment at a distance of 2 meters from the Recipient and without direct contact with him. The recipient's signature in the courier scanner is changed in one of the following ways.
What to expect if you are waiting for a package to be delivered to your home?
When the courier arrives, he will not enter a private house or apartment (in some cases, he may enter common areas such as a staircase or corridor). Please meet the courier outside or as close as possible to the front door.
The courier will leave your package 2 meters away from you and will not contact you directly.
Will it be necessary to sign on the scanner? No, in order to avoid any contact and reduce the risk, you do not need to sign on the scanner.
The recipient's signature is changed in one of the following ways:
1. Show your valid identity document to the courier at a distance. The courier will enter the last 5 digits of the ID number in his scanner. The document number is not your personal identification number. Suitable documents: passport, ID card, driver's license, residence permit in Lithuania.
2. If you do not have an identity document with you, with your consent, the courier will ask you to stand next to the package and take a picture of you with the package from a distance of 2-3 meters. This will be considered as proof that the courier has delivered the package. Your photo will only be processed for the purposes of delivery and handling of claims and complaints. Information is stored for 7 months after capture. The photos captured by the courier's scanner will automatically go to a separate secure server, so the courier will not be able and will not have the technical ability to copy or forward the photos to third parties.
3. If you do not have an identity document with you and you refuse to take a photo, if you wish, the courier can direct your package to the DPD Pickup machine most convenient for you. In this case, the parcel must meet the maximum size and weight requirements of the post office: maximum length - 61 cm, maximum width - 44 cm, maximum height - 37 cm, maximum weight of the parcel - 20 kg.
4. If you refuse with all three methods listed above, the courier cannot leave the package. The shipment is returned to the sender.

"Omniva" postal machines
If you choose to send the goods through Omniva post machines, they will be delivered to the selected Omniva post machine on the next working day after the shipment is sent.
The shipping price is €3.50, if the order amount does not exceed €45, in case of a larger order amount, delivery is free. We only ship orders paid by bank transfer.
Currently, delivery by OMNIVA postal machines takes 1-2 days.
The delivery of international parcels outside Lithuania is carried out as usual, but there are also possible delays of parcels due to queues at the border and enhanced control. Taking into account the stricter border control and the queues formed at the border sections, disruptions are possible due to the timely delivery/receipt of shipments from/to Lithuania. We invite you to pick up your package as soon as possible so that the next package reaches its addressee as quickly as possible. Let's take care of each other.

Returning the goods
Before ordering an ODORO product of any aroma, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the aroma of the product first. You can do this by visiting our office or by e-mail. by ordering fragrance samples in the store.
ODORO perfumery products are not returnable.
Purchased products can be exchanged only if the buyer warns in advance about the desired exchange and comes to UAB "Promo roma" office at Kauno st. 32 independently. In all other cases, goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable;
If the buyer notices that the product is defective, but no later than within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the product, he must send the defective product to the seller by registered mail, together with the address specified in the invoice accompanying the order. The shipment must be packed. Before sending a defective product, the buyer must inform the seller about the defective product and the intention to return it. Defects in items are removed, items are replaced, returned, according to the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 "On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items" (Zin., 2001, No. 58-2105) with the approved rules for returning and exchanging items.
