Loyalty Rules

All registered e-shop users automatically participate in the loyalty program, in which every registered buyer will receive back ODORO loyalty euros for their purchases.

• Points are awarded to registered buyers only. In order to become a registered customer of the odoro.lt online store, you only need to create your account.
• Points accumulate in the account and are always visible in the shopping cart.

• When shopping in the e-shop, 15% of ODORO loyalty euros from the purchase amount is allocated to products without a discount.
• When shopping in the e-shop, 5% of ODORO loyalty euros from the purchase amount are allocated to discounted products.
• ODORO loyalty euros are allocated only from the amount paid for the goods, that is excluding delivery costs.

• For each non-discounted product or group of products providing loyalty points, 15% of the value paid for that product/group of products is allocated.
• For each product or group of products with a discount that provides loyalty points, 5% of the value paid for that product/group of products is allocated as loyalty points.
• ODORO loyalty points are calculated only from the purchased ODORO products, i.e. delivery costs do not earn loyalty points.

On the occasion of the birthday, 2 euros of ODORO loyalty are awarded!

• Points can be used in parts.
• Accumulated loyalty euros can be used to pay for part of the purchase, excluding delivery costs. The maximum part of the order that can be paid with loyalty points is 50%.
• Unused points continue to accumulate.

• Unused points accumulate.
• Points can be used in parts.
• Loyalty euros are valid for 100 days. After this deadline, loyalty euros will cease to be valid from the day of purchase.
• ODORO loyalty euros are only valid for online purchases at www.odoro-store.com

Due to technical limitations, loyalty points are not provided only for ODORO gift vouchers. We are sorry.
